GetPayIn is growing rapidly across tourism and hospitality, providing powerful SaaS solutions to businesses across the region. We are hiring a Junior Client Success Specialist who will guide clients from contract signature through onboarding, merchant setup, support, and ongoing follow-ups. You will be the key person ensuring clients are successfully onboarded, fully trained, satisfied, and actively using our systems. This role is perfect for fresh graduates or junior candidates who are organized, confident with clients, and eager to grow in customer success, onboarding, and operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Send service contracts and invoices, follow up on signatures and payments, and verify bank receipts before activating services
  • Set up new merchants, complete required configurations, and conduct onboarding meetings
  • Deliver client training sessions to ensure teams understand and use the system correctly
  • Respond to inquiries, resolve non-technical issues, and escalate technical items to the Product Owner while tracking resolution
  • Support Sales by answering product questions and assisting with client needs
  • Collect feature requests, share them with the Product Owner, and keep clients updated on progress
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports covering payments, onboarding status, merchant setups, support cases, and renewals
  • Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, status, and follow-ups

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, IT, or related field
  • Excellent Arabic and English communication skills
  • Strong follow-up, organization, and time-management capabilities
  • Ability to learn systems and configurations quickly
  • Professional customer handling and problem-solving mindset

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in SaaS, technology, or client support environments
  • Basic familiarity with payment systems or merchant onboarding processes
  • Understanding of CRM or ticketing tools such as Jira or HubSpot
