Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns

  1. - Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. However, if you experience any issues with the product, please contact our support team for assistance.
  2. - Software Subscriptions: Subscriptions can be canceled at any time. If you cancel within the first 14 days of your subscription, you may be eligible for a prorated refund. After 14 days, no refunds will be issued, but you can continue using the service until the end of your billing cycle.
  3. - Physical Products: If you purchased hardware or any physical products from us, you can return the item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. The item must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as when you received it.

Return Process

  1. - Contact Us: Initiate the return process by contacting our customer service team at support@getpayin.com with your order number and reason for the return.
  2. - Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions on how to return the item.
  3. - Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please ensure the item is securely packaged and sent via a trackable shipping method.
  4. - Inspection & Refund: Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it to confirm it meets our return criteria. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 30 days of receiving the returned item.

Exchanges

  1. - For physical products, if you need to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

Non-Returnable Items

  1. - Digital products and downloadable software are non-returnable once delivered.
  2. - Gift cards and promotional items are also non-returnable.

Damaged or Defective Items

  1. - If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or provide a full refund, including any shipping costs.

Subscription Cancellations
